Europlan was responsible for the design and construction of a €28 million development in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The development comprises two floors of underground car parking with a capacity for 200 cars, 50,000 square feet of retail space on the ground and first floors, and 69 apartments spread over the top three floors.
